Soma is an AI native commercial insurance brokerage that has raised $5M in funding from Accel. We are hiring in Inside Sales where you sell, sell, close close. No prospecting, lead hunting or service work.

High-volume phone sales with warm leads transferred to you. Technology & team handle all admin — you focus on closing.

$80K - $150K/year

We are a group of high intensity high volume players, we plan to grow into hundreds of millions of premiums in less than a year, our technology helps you avoid admin work during sales enabling hyper growth in sales per person every day.

• 1-7 years of insurance sales experience
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

2. Describe your insurance sales experience, including years of experience and types of policies sold. We do not care about years of experience but only proficiency in knowledge of sales.
